Oh my this is funny,I can't remember any thing from my childhood but my kids . I am thinking of Sara when she was little she would love to watch Lamb Chops on T.V well it never fails when you have a older brother that love to tease but one day I cooked porkchops and Sara asked what kind of meat was it and ricky told her it was Lamb Chops from T.V. To this day when I cook pork chops Sara says mom all i can think of is Lamb Chops!!

It sounds like an interestig childhood... My family is very traditional, so no funny stories come to mind at this time. But I really enjoyed yours!

After recently watching Finding Nemo,I cooked fish for dinner one night. HipChick asked, "Is this the same kind of fish that you get from the ocean?" I said, "No,no, this is the kind that comes from the store." I don't think she was convinced.

DED, I can't believe you remember them. That's great! And no...no damage that I can tell! Too funny about Lamb Chops! It is funny that she remembers and makes that connection so many years later! Good old Link and Patty! I can remember hearing that story many times, and the house y'all lived in then, although I don't remember the specific occurrence. Haha it made me laugh to read that story!
